Warehousing - cold storage warehouse management - Replenishment

Question
hi Prior, we are cold storage warehouse company. currently, I'm facing a process flow issue of the Picking & Replenishment. I have assigned a pick face to each SKU. The loose carton will be picked from the pick face.
issue is from replenishment. a suggested qty replenishment report generated from system. so my worker will follow the suggested replenishment quantity to fill up into the pick face to the maximum allowed quantity(normally one full pallet). Most of the time the suggested quantity is not in full pallet. sometime the workers find it difficult to break the pallet and put back the loose carton. example: 1 pallet = 100 carton. I set the pick face min quantity is 10 and max quantity is 100 = 1 pallet. issue 1. I have 20 quantity on hand, but the available quantity is negative 200 due to the over allocated(The same sku is allocated to a few shipment order). If i generate the replenishment report from the wms system, the quantity suggested to be replenished will be 80 (100-20). thus, the worker will replenish 80 to the pick face and 20 will put back to the bulk location.  This replenishment will only fulfill one shipment  but there are still 2 more shipment that require the same SKU. so my worker have to do the Replenishment again for the picking of the other shipments untill all shipment order fulfilled. may i know what would be the better way to solve the problem as described above?
Your advice is much appreciated.
Thanks & best regards

Answer
Some WMS systems allow for a bulk pick to be created from the entire day's outbound orders.  This creates a bulk replenishment that allows for the clearing of locations from bulk into pick and most of the time a one time replenishment of that item.  You can still pick by order, but the replenishment is done in bulk.

See if your WMS will allow for a bulk pick ticket or master pick to be created.
