Question I am moving my warehouse to a larger location 3000 sft. I need help setting up the layout. I want an efficent layout. I had 1200sft previousley and ran it by trial and error.Where can I get information on setting up shipping stations,recieving stations, and product placement+storage.
Answer As you are operating a very small operation it will be difficult for you to get expert help from equipment suppliers, but that would be hwre I would turn first. Internet searches should turn up articles from magazines or white papers that may help as well. Again, these will be written with much larger operations in mind but the basics should apply.
