Question I am a god fearing person who has had a turbulent life! I have been trying to play football for 10 years! I have 3 children,turned my life around by believing in god! I know what happened to Shawn Taylor and I was great in high school in many defensive positions! My kids told me to try to find a position with your organization! My middle daughter said,"Daddy, I had a dream that you took Shawn Taylor's position in football!" I really believe god showed her a sign to take that step! I also had my 3 children take a vote on if I should take this step which it was 2 to 1 so I am asking for a chance to show my children something better in life! P.S. I played football for Northwestern High School in Baltimore in which I was a legend! I also try out for Morgan
St. but I was ineligible for academic reasons but I made it as a walk-on!
Answer I wish I could help, but I have no direct ties to the Redskin organization. You would have to contact the team directly at their team offices.
One huge issue is that the players union really thumbs its nose at "open" tryouts because it wants to protect its players postions.
