About John McKinzie Expertise I am very knowledgable about the Washington Redskins. I can answer most any question about their history beginning in 1932 to the present day teams. I know statistics, rosters, draft history, etc.. You ask it and I'll answer it.
Experience I have written for an online Redskins newsletter and provided all the info for a Redskins hotline which was sponsored by a local newspaper.
Can you tell me if the Redskins ever drafted a Defensive End from Notre Dame in the late 1980's? I do believe this individual was given the #93. However, he supposedly resigned to serve in the U.S. Army during desert storm. Can you confirm.
If you don't know, can you point me in the right direction as to who would be able to confirm this information?
Thanks & Regards,
Anthony

Here are the players from Notre Dame:
1987 - Wally Kleine - T
1990 - D'Juan Francisco - DB
1993 - Tom Carter - CB
1993 - Reggie Brooks - RB
Here is the list of DEs that the Redskins drafted since 1984:

1986 - Marcus Koch - Boise State
1988 - Henry Brown - Ohio State
1988 - Curt Koch - Colorado
1992 - Shane Collins - Arizona State
1993 - Sterling Palmer - Florida State
1994 - Dexter Nottage - Florida A&M
1996 - Kelvin Kinney - Virginia State
1997 - Kenard Lang* - Miami
2002 - Greg Scott - Hampton U.
*Lang is currently playing for the Cleveland Browns.
Here are the players that wore #93:
1992 - Johnny Meads - LB
1993 - Keith Willis - DT
1993 - Jeff Faulkner - DT
1994-99 - Marc Boutte - DT
