Question Do you have and records of a Richard Bell that ever played for the Washington Redskins? It would have been in the late 70's or during the 80's. He was a resident of New Castle, PA.
Answer I get these questions alot and most people claiming to have played for the Redskins were free agents or players invited to camp but never played in an official Redskin game(at least one play in an NFL regular season game.
Finding records on players who never appeared in a game is difficult at best.
