About Paul Rabe
Expertise
I have seen ALMOST every film with an appearance by The Duke, made since 1940, and a couple dozen of those before then. If it's a film with him, I've most likely seen it, have an opinion on it, and can try to answer questions about it.

Experience
I saw my first film where Wayne makes an appearance almost fifty years ago. Since then, I have seen 102 films where he makes an appearance.

Education/Credentials
Master of Arts, University of Texas

Question
QUESTION: Settle a bet, which John wayne movie had "Billy the kid" in it ?

ANSWER: According to

www.imdb.com/title/tt0065547

John Wayne played the title role in _Chisum_ and Geoffrey Deuel played Billy the Kid. If you click on the link "Billy 'The Kid' Bonney" you'll go to a URL listing the innumerable times this character has appeared on screen.

QUESTION: Now for my real question. I have a recollection of John Wayne having the line " Billy, youn have gone and bolloxed the whole thing up!" or similar, can you confirm please.
Many thanks
Noel

Answer
If Wayne said anything like this, it isn't listed in

www.imdb.com/title/tt0065547/quotes

which does NOT mean he didn't say it. I haven't seen the film in over 25 years, so my memory is irrelevent. Your bet MIGHT be settled by month's end, as this film will be on AMC in a couple of weeks.
