I don't think this is in your area of expertise, but you might be able to point me in the right direction. I have what has been identified as a late 1800's Hungarian wheel. I'm trying to find out more about it because the bobbin/flyer assembly is broken/missing and I also want to replace the spindle as the tip is broken off. I appreciate any advise or direction you can share. I have more pictures (close-ups) if that would help.
Answer Wow! That is a beautiful wheel! There are several places you can get replacement parts made for your wheel. you did not say what part of the country you are in so here are a few.
