Question I want to build a language exchange website that have basic voice chat, text chat function and also be able to let user chose different language and type in with the language when they chat. would you please recommend a good software i can use to build this kind of website. and also, what else function do i need for this kind of website. so u talking about multilingual based website right? anyways for this i think .net and php are best but u wont need to use any software just install fonts on server and make skin structure based website and then u will have this features :) but make sure it is longterm project. :)
