Question Hi Kiven, I designed my own web site 4 years ago and I'm in need of a redesign. I'm proficient in Adobe Dreamweaver, but I'm ancient when it comes to blogging and Forum integration. I want to automate the process of creating web pages very easily. I would also like to do some blogging and forums.
Please, if you could advise plug-ins or programs that allow me to do some blogging and a Forum to answer any tech support questions for my clients.

As for your question, you basically want a forum and blogging solution for you and your clients, here is what i would suggest.
Wordpress for blogging - Wordpress.org
You can use either of these for your forums
bbpress - forum sibling of wordpress
