Question
I am currently with 1&1 hosting but I am very unhappy with their services. Can you recommend a good hosting site for non-commercial reasons, for a growing online magazine, but with the tools such as mysql and blog importer or as close to that as possible.
Answer
I have tried several hosting companies in the past but have been a reseller for hostgator.com for the past three years. I have over 100 hosting accounts with them. They have great technical support and don't outsource it to India like a lot of others do. They can set up whatever you need. Their phone number is 1-866-96-GATOR (42867). Hostgator is located in Houston, Texas. Best of luck!
