Question QUESTION: Hi, I really need some help with a website I've been working on for the past month. I am using zen cart, and I have zen cart inside a an iframe. Zen cart is not bringing the page back to the top of the page after you click on a link, do you know if there is any way to insert some css to make all of the site go to the top of page when links are clicked. Or otherwise... how I would go about getting ride of the iframe and keeping the same layout/design but without iframes. I am not skilled in css that's why I used iframes. Any help would be appreciated and I would be happy to donate money if someone could help me complete this issue. Work with me 1 on 1 with this.
Thanks again. website is lightngo .com
ANSWER: Hi Jack,
Once you have a page layout that works just keep saving it to new page names and edit the content. The page content doesn't need to be in an iframe. The reason you aren't going to the top of the page when you click on a link is because it's going to the top of the iframe page. Just put the iframe content into a saved page layout. If you have problems with the content throwing the page layout out of whack, place a table in the content area (where the iframe is now) and specify the width in pixels so it won't expand and mess up your graphics. make sure your page can expand vertically to hold whatever content you need to put in it. I hope this helps! The iframes will also make the page content non-searchable because the web crawlers will only see the page and you don't want the iframe pages to be indexed.

QUESTION: Hi Kolleen,
Thank you for helping me.
The problem is I'm using zen cart, and zen cart is a little tricky because I don't know how to globally update these pages with the menu.
As an example, there is a css file that controls the entire site (the site in the iframe, which is zen cart) and in that css file, there was a code to have a header image, and it was recognized globally every time you click a link it would show that header image for each link. however, I have to be able to do that with the interactive menu also. globally, because every time you click a link in the site, it forgets about the header image, and this is a shopping cart system, so it basically has tuns and tuns of pages and some I can't even figure out where they are or if they should be tampered with. Ex, clicking "checkout button."
Is there anyway I can contact you by messenger or something? My messenger and email is: ryang2006 at yahoo
Please let me know, thank you kindly.
Am willing to pay some if you can help please.
Answer I'm afraid I'm not familiar with Zen Cart, but it sounds like your working with something that is template driven and the problem with not writing your own CSS and html is that it's really hard to figure out how it works. I only use CSS to control my fonts and paragraphs so I am far from a CSS expert. I did a little "Zen" research and from what I can tell it's not an easy thing to use. Try going to http://tutorials.zen-cart.com/ and contact them directly if you can't find your answer there. I'm sorry I can't be more help. I stick to PayPal shopping carts.
