Question
A person built an ecommerce website for me using zen cart.
I made a trial purchase for $30 using my credit card to see if it would work,it did and I got confirmation from the shopping cart-authorize.net.
The problem is the $30 was not applied to my account.I called the credit card company I used and was told the $30 was "pending".Apparently I must do something in the admin area to undo the $30.Do you know what?

Larry although I haven't administered a Zen cart site you can look on the admin screen for pending sales I would think, find your's and then cancel the sale.

Alternatively if you google zen cart I bet you can find a bbs where questions like this may have already been answered.

Finally, afaik a pending sale if not completed ought to be eventually released by the CC company; you can check with them. But ultimately of course you'll need to poke around the zencart admin screen and figure this out.
