Respected Sir,

I have designed a HTML based module which I want to launch on Internet but I don't know the further procedure.
How I will publish it on INTERNET and also how to advertise to make it popular among internet users ?

I also want some guidence to make a ftp site.

To publish it should I need to contact to any ISP ?
Should I need to give any daily/weekly/monthly or annual charges for it ?

Kindly guide me.

Yes to start you'll need both a domain name - unless you can manage without one. And a hosting plan. For comparison here are the ones I offer:

Shop around, there are many many hosting plans available, most though not all come with FTP access. Or you can look for a free hosting plan, especially if you don't mind using a sub-domain such as

prakash.freehosting.com instead of prakash.com

just as an example to show how the url might look.
