hi! i know how to code in html but don't know how to create user accounts for a visitor to have more personalised page. please give me an advise on how to do so. thank you very much

To the best of my knowledge this can only be done using programming - not HTML. Content management systems such as Drupal have become very popular ways to get this quickly and easily with open source programmed solutions freely available on many hosting plans.
