1. I want to make my own webpage or website& I don't know how to start. Tell me please, which programm I should to use to make web. I heard about Joomla. I should buy programms like Joomla or no?
2. What kind of computer & internet connection I've to use? Tell me please technical requirements & your advice for beginner.
3. Tell me please difference between webpage&website?
4. Can I set google search engine in own webpage & earn money? Or google search engine is only active in website?

1. I recommend using Drupal, but I'm sure Joomla or Xoops or any of the other popular and free content management systems would work fine too.
2. as long as you are able to use a browser and have a reliable connection you should be fine
3. a webpage is a single page - or url - found on a website
4. you can apply to Google Adsense once your site is done to run their advertising on your website and try to make money that way
