I want to make my own webpage or website& I don't know how to start. Tell me please, which programm I should to use to make web. I heard about Joomla. I should buy programms like Joomla or no? What kind of computer & internet connection I've to use? Tell me please technical requirements & your advice for beginner. Thank you & Regards

ANSWER: Joomla is a content management system, which is probably going to be overkill for whatever your purposes are.  My advice, if you are just beginning and only designing a simple site, is to use something easier that will walk you through the process step-by-step.

They have tools to help you build your site and provide hosting as well.

QUESTION: Google adsense is works on yahoo based website?
& on other free web pages, templates, websites if I'll use? I mean is these possible to have profits from non -own made websites if I'll use them websites for my own purpose? I hope you understood.

Answer
Yahoo has tools to build websites and has affordable hosting.  It does not indicate in their terms of service that you cannot set up a site and put adsense on it.  Please refer to their TOS at http://webhosting.yahoo.com/ps/wh/info/tos.html for more information.

Regarding the part of your question that mentions free websites...

If the hosting is free it is only free because they are already placing ads within the content of your site.  If you are paying for a hosting account within ads then you should be able to put these ads there yourself.
