Question We have a website registered to us that we can't access 'cos the person originally signed up as the administrator has changed the logon info and disappeared. How do we get the logon info and change it quickly. We can prove the website it ours.
Answer In order to rectify the situation you will need to contact the registrar that was used to register the domain name. For instance, if it is Go Daddy you will need to call them and explain the situation. The solution could be as easy as them giving you the log in or resetting the password but it really depends on how the account was set up, as well as the terms of service of the registrar. Call your registrar for more specific advice.
