Godaddy, Webs, Register.com, are among the worst website builders on the market.  I would try one like http://www.edirecthost.com, they have a really good website builder, support and a free 10 day trial so you don't have to pay up front.

Either you can follow the way that Marty suggested or you can simply call them before going to proceed. Actually, they shouldn't ask you the visa details, but billing process varies from web host. Even there are many ways to pay a certain amount of charges for web hosting service such as PayPal, 2checkout, Bank Wire Transfer, etc......A reliable web host always offer multiple ways and I think GD also offer payment flexibility. If you are still concern about their process, then I strongly recommend you to contact them directly through phone. They should be able to answer your all questions.
