Subject: Downloading files from my page

Question
I'm using dreamweaver to make a web page for my church.  We want to put some pdf files up for people to download and a small video file.  I never did a site that had files to download before.  Is there anything special that my provider needs to do for this to happen or do I just mark a place on the page for people to download it. Thanks very much for the help.

Answer
Just put the files on a web accessible folder of your site - like you would put a webpage, or an image file. Then provide a link to that URL.

If that is unclear maybe you can write back with more specifics and I'll provide greater detail.
