Hi Emma,

I found you through a google search.  My friend has WEBTV and everything worked fine as long as I didn't use a color font which she said she couldn't read.  About 2 weeks ago big problems started with her not getting my e-mails for hours and even for 3-4 DAYS!  She said the only thing she'd done different was click on an ad for a free big screen TV one day.  She then became deluged with spam and thinks that's what started our e-mail problems.  We had nightly 'conversations' and now there is total confusion, with her getting some, but not others.  Her's come through to me just fine.

Any ideas?  Thanks so much!  BJ

tell her to never,never,never,never open any email..much less click on a link inside an email you dont know who the sender is...i would suggest that she just close that email name down, and get a new one...she can have up to 6 email addys with her webtv...thats the only way shes gonna get rid of the spam...
