WebTV Problems - Printer compatability with Magnavox WebTV receiver

Question My in-laws have a Magnavox Model MAT972A101 receiver. We would like to purchase a compatible printer for them, but don't want to go through Microsoft and their inflated pricing to do it. Any suggestions for determining printer compatablity?

Answer 1. go to the main page of webtv
2. click on "help"
3. scroll down to the "equiptment"
4. it will have "printers" in the list
5. click on it and it will tell you what printers are compatiable with your unit...
6. if its a classic....i dont think you can use a printer....only with plus units...but maybe with the newer classics they have added the use of a printer...
