Question
emma, when I go to http://www.tvguide.com/listings/, I can see all the channels, times & programs. I can scroll forward, backward, up & down. What I can't do is see the description of the program. When I click on it, a section to the left of listings opens and a clocklike device starts turning counter clockwise and the word Loading along side of it. It never opens. After a minute, it'll say Please try again later. It always says that & I never get to see program description.

Answer
it looks like you have to be a registered member to view those....if your on webtv...we have the same thing...when you turn on the unit...at the bottom of the page...click on "tv planner"...then click on "tv listings"...you will giet everything showing and a brief description of the program...
