Question
I am currently using the MSN TV 2 RM4100 box. The problem I am having is lines on the tv screen (while watching the tv) that move from the top of the screen to the bottom. I get the same lines on the tv in the bedroom. If I unplug the power to the Web-tv box, the lines go away on both TV's. This is the 2nd box that I have tried from Walmart so I am assuming the box is ok. Is there a filter for this or do you think I have another defective box. Your help will be appreciated. Bob

Answer
wow,,ive never heard of that problem before...since the line go away when the box is unpluged, i guess its your box...maybe theres a problem with the outlet...try one of those power surge outlets...the ones that have multiple slots...plug that into the wall,,,then plug your tv and web box into the surger...maybe by bypassing the direct outlet it will fix the problem...
