Question My mom has a webtv classic that we bought her in 2001 and it's been working great up until about 4 weeks ago. She says when she turns it on it takes forever to dial in to MSN. She never had the problem before. Any ideas?

Answer sometimes the connection is just slow..have her unplug it for about 15 minutes,,then plug it back in and turn it on...unpluging it should clear her "cache" (the memory stored up in the unit)..if that doesnt help...call 1-800-GOWEBTV...they can check it out on their end...
