Question My mother-in-law is hearing impaired so we got her Webtv to communicate with us. After 5 years of emailing back and forth, she now says that my emails to her are unreadable. She says the writing on the email is so faint that she cannot read it, yet she is still getting email from others with no problems. I have not had anyone else complain so it only seems to be my emails to her that are doing this. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Answer i am assuming that you have a computer...i receive quite a few computer emails and they are sometimes very hard to read....if you put a background or a text color on your email...it is received by webtv users as usually a white back with very light blue, small text...i bet that is what your mother in law is seeing...
