Expert: Emma - 11/13/2006

My mother has WebTv.  She has a friend with a verizon.net address.  The e-mails from her friend aren't getting through for some unknown reason.  She therefore, sends them to me and I forward them to my mother.  I don't think we've blocked the address, but don't know what else could be the problem.  Any suggestions?

ive had several people lately not get email..apparently some arent going through..and im sorry..i really dont know why...the only thing i can think of is maybe its a temporary web bug..webtv says everything is ok on their end..maybe verizon has blocked some servers because of span..
