My webtv is freezing everytime I go on the internet. I have unpluged ( ac power ) my unit many times but the problem still occurs as everything locks up and I can't do anything.
I would greatly appreciate some input on how to fix this proble.

my unit froze up trying to answer this question...lol...sometimes the sites you are trying to see are just too large or have too many graphics...and the unit will just freeze up...happens to me quite often..you might try calling 1-800-GOWEBTV...maybe they can give you a solution..
