I am on a Sony Plus and am able to answer questions regarding the video capture and audio capture features of the plus.

I really dont have a specific answer for your question. It's a billing problem and you need to call MSNTV/WEBTV and have them fix it.

I forgot to mention, there are many hoaxes and scams on the internet that ask for credit card information. Many of them look legit. Dont ever give out personal information unless you are very sure it's real. Almost all companies will never ask for this kind of info in an email.
