Expert: Emma - 8/22/2004

i recently bought my mother a webtv computer & signed her up with msn, i am paying for her service which has been on about a month now. the problem is that she can surf the net but she cannot send or receive e-mail. can you please tell me what the problem is so i can fix this for her?  her screen name is "nickey123@webtv.net" and she is brand new to all this "computer" stuff. since her & i are in different states i've got to talk her through what ever it is over the phone. please respond asap, thankx so very much.

i just wrote to your mom...the addy is a good one...it didnt come back as undeliverable...does she know to click on the "mail" button on the home page?...thats how you get to your email on webtv...from there she can receive and answer her mail...let me know..you can reach me at
