My screen is filled daily with unwanted or invited porno messages. Unless you can cure this, I would like to cancel my service.  How is this done?

This is interesting. By "screen" you mean that this porn stuff just pops up? Or are you talking about getting lots of email porn?

Are you on Webtv/MSNTV? I ask because I have never heard of such a problem. I dont get random popups on my Webtv. I do get popups if I am at a specific website.

If you could be more specific as to how and when it happens maybe I could be more help.

This is not really a service issue though. It is wide spread on the WWW and no matter what service you have, you will have to deal with it to some extent.
