Question HI, my mom June Penn is in Florida and is having trouble reading my emails to her and another url who sends her email. Everyone else's are coming thru nice and clear but ours has a very dark background when they arrive and she has to press her nose to the tv, can u tell me what could be the problem, she has an rca msn web and it is fairly new within the last two years.

Answer messages that are on webtv on on a dark blue screen...unless she has changed her background color and text...then all messages will come across like that...for example a white background and black text...this involves using html codes...i will be happy to give her these codes to put in her sig box...its not hard...but if shes like my mother...she's not really up on html codes and would rather not fool with it...but like i said its not hard...you can write me at emma3@webtv.net and ill be glad to help
