Question
My Dad was really enjoying his webtv.  He could access all the news headlines on the homepage and choose one that interested him.  Now when he chooses a story he gets a message that the publisher was unable to connect try again later.  he gets this message everytime.  when we go to trouble shoot it says that the publisher made a mistake and that we should try more later because often times the problem will clear itself up.  Huh?  I think msn just wants him to upgrade.  have you heard of this happening before?

Thanks,

Matt

Answer
it happens sometimes...what i do is unplug the unit...wait about 30 minutes then start again..sometimes the site visited is getting so many hits, that that message automatically pops up to prevent any overload....he may also need to clear his "cache"..go to the settings and it has a place where you can do that..
