Question
Question 1: The groom is an optometrist. Should this be written as Doctor or Dr. on the invitation?
Question 2: The dinner reception menu offers a choice for the guests (filet, chicken, vegetarian, child). How should this be worded on the response card?

Hi Nancy:
Doctor is always abbreviated on a wedding invitation so you would print Dr. As for the response card, it would go something like this:
M___________________________________
accept_____
decline with regret_____
Filet_________ Chicken__________
Vegetarian_________ Child's Meal_______
