Question
QUESTION: what is a clever way fun way to inform guest AT THE CEREMONY THAT THERE WILL NOT BE A CEREMONY WE ARE ALREADY MARRIED.  LETS PARTY THE RECEPTION DINNER WILL CONTINUE

ANSWER: Dear Henri,

Since you aren't having a ceremony, I'd find a fun invitation to a reception.  Since you are already married, it won't be a wedding reception, so you can have some fun with the invite and then make the surprise announcement that "the deed is done".

I'll do some more thinking and see if I can come up with anything else.  Am I on the right track?

QUESTION: we sent invites that indicate we will exchange vows  reception to follow  we then  decided to get married  kept it a secret  we will have a gazebo ceremony location  just no officiant  what csn we announce AT the fake ceremony    invites  r out   thanks we r panicing,   other thsn  no wedding aill tske place becauee we already msrried  now lets party  not too creative

Answer
Have you considered doing your vows, again, in front of your guests?  Since you've probably gone to the expense etc. of the ceremony, you might as well use it.  You could even have a friend "perform" the ceremony.  (You'd be surprised how often this happens!)
