Question QUESTION: I would like to invite my entire work to the dance portion of the reception, how would I word a separate flier to do this?
Thanks,
Bride to be
ANSWER: I just want to make sure I understand your question. Are you not inviting them to the dinner -only inviting them to the part of the reception after dinner?

QUESTION: Yes that is correct. It is a large group of people in the office and I don't want to leave anyone out, so I would like them to come and dance and party the night away.
Answer Dear Bride To Be,
You don't say where your reception is but if you are planning it at a public catering establishment there will be an unbelievable amount of problems as far as the caterer is concerned. What I would suggest is an after-reception party. Many people are doing this to "continue" the party and it is an excellent way to include everyone from work . You make table or an approximate number count with a dance club near your reception. If you want you can change into club clothes or stay in your wedding attire. Then distribute a printed invitation with something like "Let's Party The Night Away" or "Dance,Dance,Dance" with the just married Jim and Mary Smith at Danceteria USA from 11 PM until forever. Usually the bride and groom's family host these after reception parties but if this is not economically possible then you should buy a "first round" of drinks for your guests and let them take it from there, The servers will make sure with your instruction that this round is your gift to your guests. Hope this helps you.Have a wonderful wedding.
