Question
I'm a US citizen and want to marry a mexican citizen, my question is if an atthorny from USA can perform a civil ceremony in mexico, and what are the requirements?

Answer
I donīt know about laws in Mexico but what I can tell you is that I as an Attorney in Costa Rica can perform a wedding ceremony anywhere in the world, including Mexico, it will have to be registered in Costa Rica and then can be registered in Mexico, USA or any other country.
The requirements are both your passports, and information on both of you such as your full name, occupation, date of birth, how many previous marriages, passport number and nationality and exact address, name of parents and their nationality.
Legal fees and travel expenses.
