Expertise
I am really interested in weddings, and seeing as I planning my own,and I have planned others, I know a lot about this subject. Ask me about anything from what colors to use or if you should invite kids or whatnot. I can give tips on the reception, food, or the ceremony, anything from A to Z, ask away!

Question
I am getting married in Aug. 2009.  I'm in my 40's and this is a second marriage.  The ceremony is going to be outdoors in a park, with natural surroundings and family only..about 20 guests.  My grown daughter and son, as well as my fiance's grown daughter and son, will be our "bridal party".  I chose a pretty bridesmaid dress for my wedding dress.  www.jasminebridal.com/html/en/web1_b2_3_a.asp?id=1207. (in case that link doesn't work, it's a Jasmine B2 bridesmaid dress, style B9041)  I don't want an off white color, I want my dress to be periwinkle or the sky blue color.  If I do this, what colors to I choose for the daughter's dresses???

Answer
Hi Laura,
The dress is really pretty, perfect for an outdoor affair! I would suggest you put your daughters in a champagne/off white. If you choose a color for their dresses, you run the risk of them clashing with you. I would keep them neutral and leave the color to you! I hope this helps.
