Question Why did Pinkerton flop? In my opinion: I think pinkerton was their best work so far.

Answer i dont know if it really "flopped". i personally think it is the best album ever made by anyone. the critics and the pop audience didnt like it though. most of weezer's hardcore following swears by that cd. it think that pop culture didnt like it b/c i was so different from the blue album and it was too deep.
