I need to get me body right. Please advise

Answer
Hi Andrew. If you want to gain muscle, you need to do serious lifting. At your age, your body will make it easier to gain weight than what you've experienced when you were younger. So, get started now!

A good program for weight gain would involve working out 4-6 days a week. Here is the program I use:

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms

Each day, I'm doing 4 different exercise for that day's muscle group. Each exercise is done for 4-6 sets of about 8 reps.
