Question Hey Brain,
I have been working out for a bit now but I dont seem to be gaining at all,I lift a few weights and do cardio about twice weekly and work in a busy warehouse a lot of walking around involved.
I need to get me body right. Please advise
Thanks a lot for all your help.
Answer Hi Andrew. If you want to gain muscle, you need to do serious lifting. At your age, your body will make it easier to gain weight than what you've experienced when you were younger. So, get started now!
A good program for weight gain would involve working out 4-6 days a week. Here is the program I use:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms
Each day, I'm doing 4 different exercise for that day's muscle group. Each exercise is done for 4-6 sets of about 8 reps.
