Question
dear sir, i am an asian indian. i am 45 years old and weigh abt 65kgs.i have joined gym recently.my question is which are the most imp exercise in the gym to incorporate in the daily regimen to tighten the skin and slower the aging process.

Answer
Hello Shyamala

Do DAILY - stretching.
Stretching allows more blood to flow thru the cells in
the body, and releases stress; which causes a LOT of
          aging problems.
Do DAILY - aerobics. The Step works very well, and a stationary
bicycle works very well, if you do not like The Step.
Aerobics increases blood flow, which slows the aging
          process.
Do DAILY - light weights, can be weights, or machines, or cable
          machines. Weights tightens up everything.
Do ONCE-A-WEEK - heavy weights. Use a cable machine for safety. Lift
and HOLD the weight for 1 minute. Keep your elbows,
knees, back, slightly bent when lifting and holding.
This makes the muscles hold the weight, not the
                bones.

Now throw in a BIG portion of PATIENCE! Change WILL COME. It will come slowly, your body will get healthier and stronger. And by going to the gym, you will be given a lifetime of good health and happiness.

Conclusion; while you are going to be healthier and happier, everyone you know around you (co-workers, family, friends) will age, many will age BADLY. You must focus on yourself. If they want to join a gym and also enjoy the health benefits of exercise, that is great! But do not advise anyone who does NOT want to exercise. It takes energy away from you. You are the most important person to YOU. Make yourself healthier and happier.

Hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please write again.
