Question
ok. im 15 at 128 5'8 pounds. female im not fat but i have a lot of trouble gaining muscle. since i was yound i was into fitness so i became vegan at age 8. im physicaly fit and am on my schools track and soccer teams. i work out alot and i have a little pouch going on but i would like the whole abb pack. i am aware that to build muscle protein is needed and i do get it.

Answer
Hi Kale,

It sounds as though you are doing quite well, just not really happy with your current AB development. Take a look at Georgette Pann's report on ab development "ABs to Die 4" by going to www.bmgfitness.com/abs

If you check out her site at Nutrifitness.com she used to have a photo of herself there, not sure if it still is or not. She has amazing abdominal development.

Hope this helps

Have a great day

Jerry
