Question
I am 18 years old. I wonder if there is an exercise or way that helps me to grow taller. Does KIMI work?

Answer
Hi Dosha,

At 18 you may still have a little growing to do, but height is mainly controlled by genetics. There are some exercises that claim to make you taller and there are those that would have you believe that you can grow taller at any age.

They say that Scotty Pippen who played for the Chicago Bulls with Michael Jordan was 6'1 when he went to college and was 6'9 when he left or something of that nature I don't remember the exact heights. Anyway he had a growth spurt in college. This is rare but it does happen occasionally and is an exception to what happen to most people.

Usually by the time you are 18-19 you have reached the full amount of your adult height. There are those that claim that HGH will assist your growth, and that may be true at a young age.

A recent study using HGH and a placebo showed that people that thought they were getting HGH and those that were actually getting HGH had almost the exact same growth hormone levels.

Here are some sites you can check out, I would also do a search on google, yahoo, and msn for "Height Increasing Exercises" or something like that.
