Question
Hello

I do not have weights at home and I don't intend to go to gym.

I would like to build my legs. How do I go about this given the circumstances above. what to exercise for the lower body especially the upper legs?

Thank you.

Sincerely

James

Answer
Hi

Check the link out below, it gives you some home workouts which you can do etc. This may be of use too you.

It depends how much you want to build your legs up, a gym would be the best option if you are seriously looking at increasing muscle size in your legs.

However if you just want them to look thicker/stronger etc, try the links below:

http://www.articlesbase.com/wellness-articles/4-home-exercises-for-great-legs-61...

Pick 4 exercises for your legs dont go to crazy and pick more than that!

4 sets of 10-12 reps 2-3 times a week is what you should be aiming for

Hope that helps
