Experience
I am the owner of the Completely Fit personal training company located in Mt. Airy, Maryland. My company offers one-on-one, online and group fitness training services, sports performance and team training, weight education classes and healthy lifestyle seminars. Before starting my own company I taught health and physical education for 10 years. I have been the featured speaker on topics such as fitness and exercise, proper nutrition and health awareness. I graduated from Edinboro University with a degree in education specializing in athletic training. I gained my NATA certification in 1994. I also maintain certifications as a personal trainer with NCSF & NSPA, as a performance enhancement specialist with NASM, as well as an exercise development specialist and a nutrition specialist. Calling on my experience with college athletes and teaching middle school students, I decided to use my knowledge to educate the general public on the benefits of physical fitness and healthy eating habits. Question
im a female 22 years old in i was wondering wat can i do to lose my stomach i hired a personal trainer and she told me to do lunge squats 12 reps
chest press 20 pounds 15 reps
back pulldown 30 pounds 15 reps
standing shoulder side db  raise 5 pounds 12 reps
tricep dip 10
ab cruches 25
2-3  sets
ALSO 35 min of cardio 5x a week
but it dont seem to be working im losing everything but my stomach i so wat execise would u suggest also i seem to lost my butt wat can i do to get it back

Hi Tasha first if you still have your personal trainer you need to tell her off your dissatisfaction with her program and ask her to update it as it is not getting you the results you are looking for.

Secondly what did you tell you in regards to your diet?  Diet is key when it comes to losing stomach fat.  I can not give out specific diets as I am only a nutrition consultant, so I send all of my clients to Jayson's carb rotation diet.  I love it for fat loss.
