Weightlifting & Exercise - why isnt working out in the morning working for me?
Expert: Richard Edmondson - 10/14/2009
Question Hi! i have always been told that the best time to work out is right after you wake up.. and that i would get greater results by doing so,but i wasnt able to do it as i was too lazy.. so i used to work out only at night before dinner i usually do HIIT and it gave me good results.. but in the last 2 weeks i've been working out in the morning right after i wake up.. i'm doing the same amount of work out and i'm eating the same way so there's basically no change in my diet or work out and i know i'm not plateuing cause is even harder to do it in the morning but oddly i havent seen any results in any case.. i think i even gained weight how is that possible? why isn't working out in the morning working for me? thanks
Answer Hi
Some peoples body reacts differently at different times of the day.
In your case your bodys not used to it, I mean it might not be used to it for a number of reasons?
U havent got as much energy in the morning as say in the afternoon?
Your bodys still waking up and hasnt ha chance to wake up.
These could be some of the reasons. i mean id stick to what you are comfortable with, if you got better results like that then stick to that way rather than change it and do mornings.
Richard
