Question what is the maximum weight a boy can carry at his 12 years of age? and how can he grow a six pack? what do you recommended of easy exercise for him? thank you for you're time. have a good night.i will thank you for you're answer. GOD BLESS YOU!
Answer The "guideline" for most people who are not into weightlifting is; 1/2 your bodyweight would be the maximum. Of course there is thousands of variables. A six pack comes from keeping the bodyfat low. Our bodyfat covers our stomach. We all have a six-pack, we just normally cannot see it. Aerobics and proper diet gets the bodyfat down. A easy exercise is to lift heavy, lift heavy once a week. Lift and hold the wight for 1 minute. Keep the joints slightly bent so the muscles hold the weight, not the bones. Doing this will slowly build up you body, impressively, without causing damage to the body.
