Question
Hey I train at Renzo Gracie Jiujitsu academy and I was just wondering how was the whole Jiujitsu experiance for you??

Answer
I love it. jiu jitsu provides an outlet for my savage fighting instincts in a very controlled and sometimes humbling enviroment. in the past I have dealt near lethal damage to people in fights, but with jiu jitsu, I can control what happens. My instructor learned directly from Bob Bass the first american black belt under the Machado system. I can't recomend it enough to people who want to learn an effective personal combat system, just add a few muay thai, karate or even boxing skills and it's a complete fighting style. one thing that also helps is judo, (some jiu jitsu practitioners forget about GETTING to the ground)....
and trust me on this..brute strength and power do make a difference.
