Question
QUESTION: so i started to work out and i started to also work out with a friend. she is really obsessed with cats and is one of those people who have to be strongly motivated to work out and i was thinking maybe if the routine was cat like than she will stick to it. so do you have any idea of at least one kind of "cat" move that we can do that will help burn fat? or maybe even a "cat" move that we can do with weights? please help becasue i want to make sure we both become healthier. plz and thank you

ANSWER: The only cat like moves I know of are stretches.  While extremely good for you they will not burn fat.  Your friend might like walking as a start with stretching after.  Then move into weights.  Don't use weights in your hands or on your ankles while walking.  That is very hard on your joints.
Thanks, Karen

QUESTION: thank you, but can you please maybe tell me the strecthes. thank you :))

Answer
This web site has some of the exercises you can do.  It gives descriptions and in some cases there is a little video showing you the move.  It is much easier to use that than for me to try to write a description of what you need to do.  Enjoy!  http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/exercise_demos.asp?exercise_type=stretch

Thanks, Karen
