Answer Hi Roy,
For just about anything you can think of now days there is a website for it. That includes virtually anything in the nutrition, bodybuilding, sports, fitness, and wellness areas. Just do a search for what you are looking for on google, yahoo or msn. Now you can probably find a video about it on youtube or viddler.
Now as far as which sport you should choose, choose the one you love and enjoy the most. Spud Webb and Nate Archibald sure didn't fit the mold of professional basketball players, but being short didn't stop them from playing and excelling in a sport that was dominated by tall men. So don't let anyone tell you that you can only play X-Sport because of your height or your body is built to do this sport or anything like that, it's bull. You can play any sport you want and do well at it, if you are willing to put in the practice and do what is needed to get good at it, and that is mostly a mindset. A few weeks back I read an article about a woman that runs marathons on an artificial leg.
If you will get back to me with what sport you enjoy and want to improve in, and what exactly you want to accomplish I probably can be of more help.
If you want to get into weightlifting/bodybuilding, cycling or if you need to lose weight which are my own chosen areas of expertise then you may want to check out www.bmgfitness.com and click on some of the links there for information.
