Question
thanks in advance. iam 5' 7" my weigh is 154p. i work our 3 o 4 days a week between 1  and a falf to 2 hours per session, how could i decide between isopure and myoplex. ia sked different people they all give me different answers
thank you

Answer
Hi Sandro,

Taste them, whichever one tastes better to you, buy it. They are both good quality products. I have used the Myoplex and Myoplex Deluxe when I was involved in the BFL contests and enjoyed it, but I have clients that swear by Isopure. Personally I think it comes down to which one tastes better to you, and not much else. You could ponder over the ingredients but if you hate the taste you probably won't drink it any way and the money is a waste. I actually have some MRP hear that I like better than either of hem and I would be happy to drop a couple packets in the mail to you if you will send me your mailing address  jerry@bmgfitness.com

Hope this helps

Have  great day
